FFL blues in Oklahoma
Budding relationships in EST (Eastern Standard Time) zone?
Fashion no-no's?
SEC football?
Yuck!!! It is amazing that I even post at all.
In an effort to redirect the topics in this blog, I am going to let you all in on a big secret. The biggest idol in my life right now is my Fantasy Football team. I am playing with a few other guys from TCU and this is way too stressful and time comsuming to be healthy. Judge me not, please...I repent, but let me tell you how its been going.
My team is 0-2. Only three weeks have counted so far because of a dubious ruling by a spiteful League commisioner to cancel the first week of the season because of his tardiness in getting the draft scheduled. I would have won that week, but alas I am not whining about it.
I lost my first week because the team I played against scored 127 points. That is just sick when only 8 players are playing for each team this week. (For those of you who have no idea what I am talking about, congrats for wasting a minute of your life, but you have come this far already, stay with me) I put up 90 which would have won against every other team but no big deal: 0-1
Then I get my bye week (which means I didn't play a scheduled game.) That isn't especially important to the story except i would have put up 137 pts. That is not a typo, and with just 8 players. ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY SEVEN POINTS. But I wasn't scheduled to play. For those of you scoring at home, get a life: 0-1
Then this week comes and I have the number 2 rated RB and the number 5 WR in the WHOLE league, and they combine for two points. Dos puntos. I end up losing by 8. I find myself still winless: 0-2.
So if anyone can come up with a bigger sob story than that consider the gauntlet thrown down.
I don't even know if Alabama is in the EST zone. But hey they can have you if not.
Peace in the middle east
Props to Robert who before his mouth shutting response to my blog was considered by me to be a lightweight. No more.
Pray that this week I will finally win my first FFL game.

You're right, Jonathan. Your post was way more meaningful and pertinent than mine. Thank you for the subtle rebuke. I'll remember to always consult you on matters of extreme importance.
