So...

I'm engaged. Enjoy.

Jenn's pictures of the engagement

P.S.: I'm in Ohio right now and can't answer the phone. I'll talk to you in a week... or in July... or whatever.

Keep it real,

Watch Steve Nicoletti Rap

That's right - my secret identity. You've heard of Matisyahu (if not, check www.matismusic.com), well, I want to be the Presbyterian version - Presbytyahu.
This is me busting out at our Large Group announcements.
The video quality is pretty low, and once I start rapping, the video and audio don't line up ... but here it is anyway. Enjoy:

(and no, I'm not serious)

The Joy of Lexington

Hello All.
Sarah and Sara Joy are writing to let you all know that we tried to become fishers of trout rather than fishers of men. In our adventurous new spirit we made our way to a small stream in the foothills of the Blue Ridge where we tried our hand at fly fishing. It was all fun and games until Sarah actually hooked one. Poor little Winston, our brook trout, had to suffer 30 minutes of lip hookage while we sadly waited for Laurence (Krammy's roommate) to undo the damage and release our new friend. Sara Joy offered up prayers while Sarah spoke apologies and comforting words to our scaly friend. It was great a lesson for both of us that due to our soft hearts we could not survive the cold-blooded life of a gamer. So it is with great rejoicing that we return to our task of fishing for men (well, more like women...in the spiritual sense).

We hope that you all are recovering from conference and are enjoying your summers. After W&L's last large group tonight we're tired and are resigning from fishing of any kind. Peace...

Wasting away again in Tuscaloosa-ville....

I thought it was time for a new post, not only because of the content of the last post but also because I dont want the blog to die over the summer. I hope that everyone had as much fun at Summer Con as I did. As I've said before, Heaven will be like Laguna...without the strange smelling funk all around.

Late Breaking News, Mac and I managed to have FOUR loads of laundry each to do upon returning from the beach...we definitely partied it up at the Laundromat today. Of course, we had celebratory TCBY when we were done. I'm sure you'll be hearing more exciting news from the two of us as we will most certainly have fun news to share from 11 Beverly Heights.

That's all I've got. Everyone make sure to keep us updated on the happenings in your respective places.
